Microsoft released the final version of Service Pack 1 for Windows Vista. The update can be downloaded via Windows Update but is also available as a standalone installer for Vista 32-bit and Vista 64-bit. I recommend the installer because it automatically installs the pre-requisite updates.

If I have my computer set to automatically get the latest upgrades, it will pick that up right?

Yeah it should update to SP1 automatically I just like doing everything myself
